About the Founder

MATT MAJEWSKI

I had undiagnosed ADHD and anxiety for years. After the pandemic and life changes in the surrounding years, I decided to start self-analyzing and that led me down a path to finding counselors, resources, and consulted with doctors to come up with my personal mental health plan. I decided to create a site and social accounts to learn and post what I learned along the way. I wanted to use my experience in design and tech as well to make tools and resources that can help me and others like me to cope and focus better to have perspective and achieve more in life.
